Please note our Christmas and New Year practice opening times

Monday 23rd December – 8am – 6:30pm

Tuesday 24^th December – 8am to 1pm
From 1pm to 6.30pm – emergencies only

Wednesday 25^th December – CLOSED

Thursday 26^th December – CLOSED

Friday 27^th December – 8am to 6.30pm

Our practice will be open as normal from Monday 30^th December

Wednesday 1^st January – CLOSED

If you require medical assistance, please call 111 or visit 111.nhs.uk for advice and support, 24 hours a day

Don’t forget to order your repeat medications to ensure you have enough over the Christmas and New Year period

The easiest ways to order repeat prescriptions are:

• bringing the paper form to the surgery, Monday to Friday during our opening hours
• using your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
• using our online system (please do not ask clinical questions on this form as they may not be viewed for at least 48 hours)
• calling the surgery on 01472 246100 after 10am and during our opening hours
