Heat Wave - Keep Safe

The Met Office Level 3 Heatwave Alert has now been extended to include the Yorkshire and Humber region and will be in force until Saturday.

Please keep safe during the heat wave and follow the NHS advice by visiting the NHS Choices site.

If you have a long-term lung condition like asthma, bronchiectasis or COPD, you’re more at risk of hot weather affecting you. Top tips on staying well when the temperatures soar can be found at https://www.blf.org.uk/support-for-you/hot-weather. You can also ring the BLF for advice on 03000 030 555 and calls will cost the same as a local call.
